Funding Focus

Funding Focus
4Cs Foundation focus in providing grants for community arts projects is to support and encourage opportunities for children and/or youth to get together with other members of their community in artist-lead workshop settings to create public art of artistic merit and community value.

We provide grants to projects that have as their primary goal the building of connections between children and their communities. These projects use the arts to foster participation, conversation, discussion and dialogue between children and community members across barriers of ability, age, gender, race, education and economies.

We value the process of bringing young people together with other people in their community, including professional artisits, in the spirit of building community.
