Poets 4Change: a project bringing together youth and Spoken Word Artists with other community members to explore issues and create art and poetry together to benefit charitable organizations. This project is lead by Shauntay Grant and includes 4 Youth Facilitators: Desiree Adams, Cavell Holland, Sophie Kaufman, and Jillian Shields; and includes the following volunteers working in support of The Stephen Lewis Foundation (Grandmothers To Grandmothers), Leave Out ViolencE (LOVE), and Kids Help Phone.
